Shipping Policies:
We deliver R&R Outdoors products only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. or APO/FPO boxes.
For all other international destinations, we will arrange freight and shipping to a freight forwarder of your choice. Options available can be via oversea vessel or air cargo. We can arrange door to door service for you as well.
Factory pick-ups are not available.
Shipment of all pool tables and shuffleboard tables will be handled by a local R&R Outdoors installer, which includes on-site delivery and installation in the space of your choice. (Stairs have an added cost.) In the rare event that you do not reside within a 50-mile radius of a R&R Outdoors authorized installer, a delivery charge of $50 for every additional 50 miles of travel will apply.
For products that require professional delivery and installation (Outdoor Pool Tables, Shuffleboard Tables and Table Tennis):
In most cases, your table can be delivered to you within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. Should additional time be required for final delivery and installation, R&R Outdoors or a representative from your installation team will provide notice to you. R&R Outdoors partners with only the best technicians and dealers to ensure a positive experience.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order at no charge before noon the following day. You must submit a written request to sales@randroutdoorfun.com to cancel your order within the time frame.
After your order has been processed, but before your product is shipped via UPS or shipped to the R&R Outdoors installer: A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Return Policy:
Because your table was custom built for you our Pool tables, Foosball Tables, Shuffleboard Tables and Table Tennis Tables cannot be returned for a refund.
